Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has stated that he hopes to receive a unanimous vote of confidence from the House of Representatives on Monday.
On his way out of the House of Representatives meeting on Sunday, Prime Minister Dahal mentioned that he initially received 99.25 percent of the vote of confidence from MPs and he is hopeful to attain 100 percent on Monday.
"When I first got the vote of confidence, it was 99.25," he continued. "I'm hoping for 100 tomorrow."
Prime Minister Prachanda has scheduled to take a vote of confidence in the House of Representatives on Monday.
So far, the Nepali Congress, the CPN-Unified Socialist, and the National Swatantra Party have formally decided to give him a vote of confidence.
